CEO AND FOUNDER

Attorney at Law

JENNIFER LOUD

Attorney Jennifer Loud has represented individuals, families, corporations, businesses and more throughout her career in varied areas such as securities law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity finance deals and others. Not only is she a seasoned and dedicated attorney, but she also cares deeply for the needs of her clients and brings sensitivity and thoughtfulness to her practice.

Jennifer’s passion as a family lawyer is more than just professional. A mother of two children, she went through a divorce of her own, which gives her a deeper and more personal understanding of the struggles families face, than most attorneys have, throughout this process. She blends her personal knowledge and experience to help her clients secure the future their family needs.

Jennifer’s broad background gives her the tools she needs to approach her cases from multiple angles. She uses her diverse understanding of the law to craft a legal strategy that gives her clients a unique advantage in the courtroom and during negotiations. With experience working at prestigious law firms and handling matters of all sizes, including dealing with large industrial clients, Jennifer has the experience and knowledge of the law that her clients need, no matter how complicated their legal issues may be.

In addition to her work as an attorney, Jennifer has worked as a law professor, legal consultant and as the owner of a business.

Jennifer has lived in Colorado since 1988. She previously lived in Michigan and Connecticut, attending boarding school in the latter. After she hiked and camped for 30 days in the Wind River Wilderness in Wyoming, she moved to Colorado to attend school at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she received her B.A. in philosophy. She then moved across the Atlantic to live in London, England, where she worked for the criminal courts, then lived in Chambery, France studying French as the only American student in a French university. She later returned to study in Colorado at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she received her J.D. in 1997.

Jennifer remains driven by wanderlust, and she has traveled across the world visiting countries including Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, India, Seychelles, Kenya, Tanzania, Brazil, Venezuela, Ireland, England, Scotland, France, Italy, Austria, Germany, Prague, and Switzerland. She, as well as her two children William and Caroline are avid skiers. Her son lives in Banff as a ski instructor and her daughter competes nationally as a “big mountain” extreme skier.
